The Workshops
The workshops help you to experience what is truly good posture, how to bend, lift, walk, sit, and sleep in a more easeful way. We accelerate our physical aging by doing these basic activities somewhat wrong hundreds of thousands of times in our life.
In the workshops, you're practicing these new ways of posture both while you're still and when you're in motion. People go to yoga classes many, many times to learn how to correctly position themselves while stretching. Similarly, attending multiple times will reinforce these new patterns for posture in stillness and in motion.
I encourage people to bring their children. Even if no change is made at this time, at least you and your child will know ways to improve their posture and mechanics. If these changes are made, they'll feel much better over the many decades of their life. Even older people, like me, can benefit by having better mechanics and better posture in the decades ahead.
